Carlos was the tech sent out from Precision Temperature to service my hvac unit. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to do the work properly and get my unit working again. Very grateful for his work and would definitely recommend him.

The Technician, CARLOS MENDEZ was at my door at 8am. I was promised an appointment window between 8am -10am. Great timing! They were neat, clean and very professional. After replacing my entire furnace in just a few hours, Carlos took the time to teach me the basics about my new purchase.

Chuck was absolutely phenomenal. He quickly diagnosed and solved the issues with our machinery. We had 5 other companies try to service our machine and Precision Temperature was the only company who actually helped us. We were beyond impressed with his professionalism and expertise in his ability to diagnose the problem quickly. Precision Temperature came out SAME DAY, at 9pm on a Saturday evening. 6 Stars if we could give it!
