I called in May to reschedule an HVAC check. They rescheduled two times due to lack of technician availability. The third time, now in June, the technician no showed.. The dispatcher claimed that we were out of territory. How this did not come up over for previous phone calls is a complete mystery to me. I was very disappointed.

Luis the warranty tech was excellent! Very knowledgeable with the Lennox unit. All other techs that have came in to fix my issues failed resulting in multiple techs coming in and out of my house. I wish they would send him first or at least get their other techs to take classes on Lennox units.

Bryon kept us well informed about what he was doing and what the issue was.

In my own experience I loved this company on how responsive they were with my question I had for them. They weren’t like other companies on not responding on their clients issues. I will definitely come back.
