The company, itself, is always very difficult to deal with. The system we bought has had too many problems in a very short period of time.

I had work done to repair my heater in December and paid $2500, only to be told 2 weeks later that the whole unit needed to be replaced for a cost of $6800. I was told I would be refunded the original amount, but it has been a month and I am still waiting, and calls to the company regarding the refund have been unanswered.

I had a Lennox mini split unit installed in January. The temperature control in each zone can’t be controlled due to a defective ambient temperature sensor. Greenstar said the part is unavailable due to a supply chain issue. And they don’t know when it will be available. I also have issues with their warranty when it comes to maintenance.
