This aircond company is the best! My heater broke and it's getting cold, so i looked up where to go to get it fixed, Green star came up and I didn't know a company this fast and efficient existed. I definitely recommend Green star for any air conditioning or heater problem, they were such a good help!

Horrible horrible horrible… I’ve had service with Right Time heating for the last 14 yrs. Since the merge (I wasn’t aware of) the service now SUCKS thanks to Greenstar. The Greenstar technician was rude lack of compression disrespectful to my home didn’t wear booties like Right Time, tracking dirt through my house. I’m leaving that merge and looking for a new heating and air condition company.

The service technicians do a good job, but the company charges exorbitant prices for low-cost services. I was charged a total of $729 dollars for a one hour service. The breakdown is below:

The capacitor they installed is available online for $25-$40. In total, for this part and the one hour that they were here they charged $532.

They also charged me $197 for a yearly "membership." This was an alternative you could pay over the cost of their Trip charge which is $100. The charge covers two maintenance visits, one of which includes a "24 point inspection." The visits are still $40 dollars (a discounted membership rate, they reminded me) and do not cover the cost of necessary repairs (though, you do get 10% off).

Do not recommend this company. I was having issues with my prior condenser unit and they recommended that I replace the unit completely. They further recommended that I purchase a brand new furnace that would be better compatible with the new condenser, plus it would be more energy efficient and came with an air scrubber. All in all, I was on board with this decision since we live in an old manufactured home.

Turns out, they replaced the furnace with the EXACT same model as before, which they then said was not compatible with an air scrubber. When I questioned them on this, they said that our home (manufactured) only supported one type of furnace. I requested a refund for the furnace which they denied since it was in the signed contract. Furthermore, the condenser unit they installed was also not the correct condenser unit discussed in the initial meeting. They had to come out two weeks later to replace the condenser with a separate condenser unit, which I am still not sure if it is the correct one or not. They claim that it is still an upgrade from what I had, including the furnace and has continued to fail to provide me with details on the exact models discussed at the initial meeting.

So far, every 6 months, this "new" condenser shuts off and does not work. They have come out a total of 3 times to fix the same issue, and I have been calling weekly for over a month and still have not been able to get a call back with an explanation on why the condenser keeps failing. The maintenance summary sheets provided are blank, and no one has returned my calls. Strongly considering taking this company to small claims for a full refund. This company has swindled me for my money and is extremely shady. A co-worker and a friend of a friend also have similar issues.

Our repair man Hector Gayoso was incredible. Not only was he super professional, he also worked around our son’s bedtime and skipped lunch to drive to our house and get the repair done before our son went to bed. That kind of service is rare these days and in addition to the great service, we wanted to call out Hector for his exceptional work and demeanor.

Just did my 6 month furnace check. Told me about some other options but did not push for a sale; or indicated something was wrong when everything checked out. I’m a long time customer and see no reason to change.
