The gas was not checked before they left for the day and the pilot lights were not lit and gas was leaking into the home. Once the older heater was removed, the wall was not repaired. Worked with Aaron and he was very helpful and got answers for me right away. No one has returned to show us how to run the operate it.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Greenstar. My new AC/Heating units were installed in 2019. In 2020 I called to ask for maintenance. A man answered and said, “We only install units. We do not maintain them.” So twice a year I used another company to provide spring and fall maintenance. This year (2022) parts started to fail and needed replacements. I discovered that Greenstar did in fact provide maintenance and repair service. I called again and was told we had a 5 yr parts warranty and labor. An appointment was scheduled to check my units. My first appointment was canceled due to a personnel emergency. A second appointment was scheduled. On the day before I was called to confirm. The day of the appointment I was called again by another person who didn’t see notes of my prior confirmation and then said I had to pay $99 for the service. When the tech arrived he didn’t conduct the whole house check that the first contact indicated would be conducted. And he said because I had not used Greenstar for maintenance they could no longer honor my service warranty. I told him I couldn’t get service in 2020 but he just shrugged his shoulders. Greenstar is so disorganized. They don’t communicate within the organization or to customers effectively. I will NEVER do business with them again! Buyer beware!!

Purchased a 4ton Heating and Air Conditioner system for my new house. Aaron came out and talked about various options, measured my house, inspected the attic and explained what I would expect installing a new system. Offered financing and guarantees. I received 2 other bids that were cheaper but not even close to what Aaron did and explained. Im extremely happy with my purchase. Install team was great as well!
