They took my washer to diagnose. Took a week or so to get it back.

They came out and correctly diagnosed a problem with the AC unit that 2 other companies couldn't. They ordered the part and had it Fixed the next day.

They can get any parts you need. AWESOME

They may have the item you need but your going to get a gouge for it. They are like the Granger of hemet for random parts. 50 dollars for a capacitor I can get on amazon for 12.

Needed a Lint Trap for an older model Whirlpool Dryer. I gave her (The Owner) the model number and she put me on hold for less than a minute and she came back on the line and told me she had a used one in good condition and the same color as my Dryer for $15.00 Dollars. I picked it up in 20 minutes. Everyone else was asking almost $40.00 Dollars and the one she sold me was in Excellent Condition. She was very pleasant and saved me $25.00 Bucks!!👌👍

This business is highly knowledgeable and courteous. I called for a price check on an igniter for a gas dryer, because the igniter would not glow. They could have easily just gave me a price check and went on about business. Not this place, I was asked what symptoms my appliance was displaying. I was greeted with an option I hadn't even considered. Well, that option was the correct option. I would highly recommend this business. Wether you are a novice or an experienced , well versed troubleshooter. This company will help steer you in the right direction Thanks B&B for all the years of service.

Don't do it. Seriously, just call somewhere else.

I only got as far as the phone lady for this place. Like someone else said, this lady has a terrible attitude. I told her that my landlord wanted to have someone come out, and she starts getting super condescending because I didn't have the landlords name on hand, as I use a rental agency. I told her the name of the landlord AND rental agency within a minute, and she continues with the condescending attitude. Basically this lady was trying to make me sound like an idiot because I didn't know the landlords name, which I provided within a literal minute. She then starts talking about who she doesn't know who that is. At that point she starts talking like I'm just trying to get her out there for no reason. Talking about how she wasn't confident that the landlord would be there (The landlord requested directly that I call and set this appointment up, but that's a different issue.) I asked her if I should call somewhere else because it doesn't seem like they want the job. She told me yes, I should find somewhere else, because I have an attitude.

Good luck getting past the condescending and overall miserable lady who answers the phone.

A little gem of a place for handymen and do it yourselfers. Very knowledgeable women behind the counter. Good prices.
