B & B Gas & Electric Appliance Repair

The “lady”,as I will generously refer to her, that answers the phone is incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve had the misfortune of having several interactions with her over the phone and she has been nasty each time. With her answering the phone I sincerely have no idea how this place is not out of business. Clearly they don’t read their reviews because a lot of people have complained about her. She seems totally miserable, like she hates her job. Instead of owning up to a mistake that was clearly on her, she trash talked their techs and said “They are all idiots, I should have done this myself” and proceeded call them offensive names and to blame the issue on everyone but herself. I would rather pay out of pocket to have someone else fix our dishwasher than deal with her.

Called in and ordered part. It was delivered promptly and i was contacted to pick up. Service was prompt and courteous.

Christian arrived and within seconds he figured out the problem and within minutes it was fixed. He was very kind and professional. I would call B&B again for any appliance issues I have in the future.

Very professional technician, he was very nice ,very helpful, and fixed the problem, that GE couldn't even fix, and ran The dryer several times to make sure that was the correct part that went out. Hands down the best appliance repair shop around, I would use them in a heartbeat.

Our dryer stopped working and a technician came out the same day. He repaired it quickly and it was a reasonable price.

On time very courteous cleaned up after themselves what is a pleasant experience. Did not waste time went right to work solve the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied would recommend him highly
