B & B Gas & Electric Appliance Repair

I’m trying to keep my 20 year old Kenmore washing machine going because I heard the fancy new ones don’t last. So the Kenmore overflowed I called B&B they sent out Adam (very nice fellow) he had it apart in about 30 seconds, found the problem fixed it in no time flat, very satisfied with the service. I can definitely recommend this company.

Was looking for a local appliance company to repair my freezer. I was able to get a next day appointment with a 2 hour timeframe. Craig showed up at the beginning of the given time and he quickly diagnosed the issue. The cost of the repair was affordable and there were no service call charges! Will definitely recommend this company to others.

This place is deceptive when you look at it. Once inside, you need only tell the owner what you are working on and the part you need. They more than likely have what you asked for, and they will tell you what what they believe is the issue. They will be 100% correct. Thats how it was for the repair I was working on. I asked for one part, they suggested something different, and less expensive. It fixed my machine perfectly.

Lady on the phone mocked my mom saying “it’s not my fault your son is dead.” Horrible place to go to!!! They came to fix the fridge rubber on the door and the guy was cursing the whole time and left the fridge all messed. Now we have to go buy a new fridge because all the food is going bad.

There is not a better place for appliance help and repair parts. The gal behind the counter can even tell you what hand to have your tools in. It's like have the complete guide for idiots appliance repair manual in person.
Greeeeeaaaaat service. The other place near by will not, can not, even come close to the service of B & B!
(I don't just pass out 5 star reviews to anybody. (Check out my reviews) This outfit is the real deal in my opinion.)

Just called to get a quick quote on some services and right off the bat the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I had only asked a simple question about, if they charge, and how much the estimate would cost and she answered back, " well yes, they provide a service and businesses need to stay in business right! ". There was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me like that when I was asking a simple question and was completely professional over the phone. I could imaging how bad their service is. Not good business.

11/3 Update: Getting a little worried. The fridge went out again and they installed the part they said I needed and had to buy to make it work, but now it wont get cold at all. i called the office and He will be returning tomorrow morning, but my worry is now, if he cant get it to work, Ill have to buy a new fridge and be out the money for the parts and labor. Very stressed out here with all my food crammed in a tiny second soda fridge.
Hoping they can fix it so I can restore the 5 stars.

Only place I go to for my appliance repairs fair and reasonable. You feel that They don't try to take advantage of you. They just find the problem and take care of it they don't make them up

Very rude and unprofessional. I have just graduated school and called to see I could go in and apply. Person on the phone said don’t bother unless I need to spend some money and hung up on me. Would never want to work for a place this rude. Who ever is answering the phones seems to get a lot of 1 star review’s.

Excellent service. Came out same day I called and fixed my appliances. Very reasonable charge. I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Worst costumer service, they hung up on me before explaining my problem.
