B & B Gas & Electric Appliance Repair

We had our refrigerator go out in the heat last year and not being from the area, took a chance after reading a couple reviews. Craig did a great job, communicated consisly and got to work. I was worried the compressor had gone out but it was a simple fix at a reasonable price.
We recently called again for maintenance and repair. I called beforehand to check prices for a new freezer gasket and repair of the ice maker and stove recalibration.
The customer service was excellent as was the work. On top of that, Craig was patient with me as I had sprayed oven cleaner and he worked on something else while I quickly wiped it off.
Thank you for giving us ice right before the hot weather arrived.

The woman answering the phones should be fired. She mocked me for not knowing that I live on the top of the hill I'm on, which I don't by the way. When I corrected her, she said some pathetic sob story about not needing a headache & cancelled the appointment.

Good riddence. I can go to Sears, a laundry mat or just re-adjust the knob / timer to complete the washing proccess (it won't do it automatically). These dumb losers aren't the only option in town. Save your money.

I love coming here for anything I need. They always have the part I need in stock and ready to pick up. They're knowledgable and so friendly. Its so nice to find a family owned business with fair prices!

Great place if you have a washer or dryer issue they'll fix it right away either you can come to them or if they'll come to you great prices all the way through

What can I say, the man showed up on time, diagnosis took him only minutes. He happen to have a fan in his vehicle and had the entire unit replaced and running inside of 20 minutes. Cost a whole lot less than I thought it would, needless to say it I was quite happy.

Used B&B to repair a microwave at our rental home. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, came back and fixed it. All exactly as promised and when looking up parts price, they met or bettered the on line price.
Then, my microwave went out at our current home. Over the phone, they were able to tell me the fix would exceed the value of the appliance. They actually talked me out of spending money as it didn’t make financial sense. I’m now a forever customer.

Had set up appointment for a repair with a tenant and the lady that answers the phone was very rude when I followed up to see what happened. She indicated she could not reach the tenant to schedule the appointment. I indicated I could get in-touch with her and that we needed to set up another appointment. She evidently did not like my request and told me she did not need the aggreivation the situation was causing and hung up on me.

Great place. TONS of parts on hand, local family shop. Great people, good prices, helpful advice.
