I have a washer machine that is a couple of years old, which means when a part gives out it is harder to find that worn out part compared to a newer model. What broke for me was an inlet valve that seemed hard to find online. This was the only store that seemed to have the part that I needed. The women, who I believe was the owner of the store, was very helpful in assisting me with getting that part that I needed and it was an easy in and out situation. I personally would recommend this store, which was actually recommended to me through an employee during my search to find someone that had this particular part.

Called them up later in the evening and setup a call for the next day. Craig the repair person was quick to find out the issue and get it fixed. Ellen was awesome with helping me setup the appointment. Will recommended them to friends.

Had a great experience. Went to two other appliance places; they could not find the part I needed. B&B did and got it to me the next day.

Took a couple days for them to get back to me, and the repairman was about an hour late, but he was friendly enough and got the job done. Ellen on the phone was nice and helpful. I wish they had some online communication options, but they're definitely a little old-fashioned so it's not a huge deal.
