Bought a part to repair my dryer. Called over and found out very quickly that she had it in stock. Went down there later that afternoon and she had it all ready pulled out for me. She also went ahead and tested the old part to make sure it was what was broken. Really made my day! Would happily return to shop local first.

When your job is to answer phones you at least have to fake that your nice .If you hate your job just quit.easy .you don't have to live miserable

I talked to the scheduler, when I explained the situation with our refrigerator she correctly diagnosed the problem. After giving her the brand and model, she order the part, scheduled an installation appointment. The technician came the next day and installed the part for a reasonable price. Friendly local people.
