have used them twice. My oven sensor went out, came out promptly, next day and we were up and running at a reasonable price. Service guy was knowledgable and quick. Furnace went out about 2 weeks later, came same day, part was bad and has to be replaced. Ordered and waiting for part for installation. Have kept us informed as we went, Service guy was very nice and helpful. Ellen, in office, was very helpful also. Other than the part being expensive (name brand part, no generic available), I can't complain.

B n B has saved our a** multiple times over the years. The Only ones I'd go to if you hav'n appliance problems. Our last fix was for a capacitor for our pool pump.. less than $20. OTD They're the best!
