Lee’s was great. When we had a problem with our heater, they got someone out the same day. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our technician, Luis, was great. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and answer all my questions. I appreciated receiving pictures and video of the issue. I will definitely use them again.

Christian, Tony and Christian #2 as well as Frank and Raphael were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions, never felt rushed. They installed Daikin Room Airconditioning in 5 rooms. The main unit is on the roof of our 2 story home. They worked on our house for 4 days, covering floors, furniture, etc. in the areas of where they worked and walked in with shoe booties on! They were also very communicative as the work progressed letting us know each step so we knew what to expect.

I’m very happy they are available for short notice, Eric is very knowledgeable, he showed me all the options to be fix and cost.

We had installed a new havoc system last year. Whenever we used the air conditioner, it would ‘rattle’ when it shut down. We’ve had several technicians who thought they fixed it, but the rattle would return.
Rudy was the technician who came today to fix the rattle. After listening to the history of the rattle, Rudy begin troubleshooting and he was able to identify where the rattle was coming from. Of course, the weather has cooled, but I am confident Rudy fixed the problem by moving the unit a little father away from the house.

Performed service on our 2 year old tankless water heater. He was very professional and did good work. I was unhappy with the almost $500 price for labor, no parts, for one hour of work. That’s higher than what some Lawyers get paid per hour. I’ve been advised I should have it serviced every year. This means, after servicing the product for 5 years, I could have bought a new one at $2,500. Again, I am happy with the service, and very unhappy at the costs.
