Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

We had the air conditioner serviced this past week and had a wonderful service tech Matthew Bilodeau. He is so easy to talk to and gave us honest suggestions that helped make decision to have some very important repairs to keep the air conditioner working optimally ..Matthew was professional and took pics of all parts that needed changing with thorough explanation which made us feel at ease..The air conditioner works great and we are very pleased!! LEE’S Air-Plumbing and Heating is the one to go to for any of these services ..Matthew is fantastic !!

The team was very professional and worked diligently all day. From start to finish, all members of the teams explained what problems my system had, showed pictures they took, and answered all my questions. I have free flowing air to all the rooms in my home, which wasn't the case before they worked their magic.

Frank is very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and reliable. After bad experience with other companies that I hired to fix my AC unit. I knew he was the right person to help me. He came out, listened to our concerns and knew exactly what we needed. Always communicated with me promptly. No waiting games for callbacks is a plus. Tech Thomas and his team worked very fast and efficient.

I called Lee’s today because our AC wasn’t putting out any air. Eric Franklin was the technician that came to our rescue he diagnosed and was able to install a blower motor unit same day. Now that’s what I call a miracle.

Service from Rafael Rayus was superlative. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and not in a hurry though I know he had other customers in the queue.

I had no problem with Lee's they didn't try to price gouge me or sell me anything I didn't need. He came out and cleaned my AC unit and suggested a possible upgrade/repair but didn't pressure too hard. I believe the techs name was David.
