Had some problems with first tech that came to my home, the repairs made to my ac was not done properly, so i contacted AHS and they sent a different AC company to check on the AC, the second tech was not able to repair since the first company did not do the work correctly, the second tech stated he would submit his report so the first company would be called back. There were some issues with the submission of the report so I went thru the nightmare of contacting AHS several times for 5 days with endless hours of repeating my issue to each representative, I even contacted both AC companies to get update as to who and when the repairs would be done. Finally on the 5th I called the first AC company and was told someone would come 4 days later, I insisted someone come sooner since the weather was hot. A tech came on the 5th day and fixed the AC. It took days to set a schedule date, but it did get fixed
Super communicative, best I've seen and been apart of hands down. Only finicky thing is the issue was solved with a band-aid. Understandable to an extent, but not to the wallet that has to pay for it later down the line. I appreciate the service nonetheless and would def utilize their services.
Three times I have called about this problem. First American home warranty contracted with your company to fix and the problem still exists. Condensation dripping on roof will eventually ruin the roof also the second unit is leaking into the attic over my sons room onto the carpet
Jim is a phenomenal representative for your business. Grab a hold with both hands and never let him go (or make him a partner). I don't know this man from Adam. But I have over 30yrs in HR, business ownership and the service industry. I would steal this guy from you in a heartbeat. Do not underestimate this young man.
