The young ladies that answer the phone are very professional and nice. My concern is on the actual follow through of the service I have had a work order since 4/24/20 to have my air conditioner fixed, it is now 5/8/20 and I will not have my service completed until 5/12/20. I have had 2 delays one which was the insurance department delaying the work order 1 day and the other was the technician was hurt and could not follow through with the work order. Our house has been at about 85 degrees inside and I still can’t get this expedited and completed in time. I’m very disappointed. With Covid we have been home with this heat and it has been horrible. I’ve always been polite but to now be told they will be even later than promised is very disappointing.
Explained everything well as to what needed to be done. Where very polite and worked well. Thank you for getting us some air. Was not very familiar with our breeze air swamp cooler. Did fix the issue but had to get out and help with the remote control for our unit. Other then that they were a group of great guys. Just hope the 3rd time of them coming out will be the last.
Richard Bueno showed up wearing a mask at about 9:20 AM. I asked if he needed to come inside to check thermostat. He said "no." He got on roof to service AC and he washed the coils. I came out when he got off roof. He said everything looked OK. He left and I got a text that service had been completed. No invoice or checklist of service provided was left with me nor texted or emailed.
The tech texted prior to arrival giving plenty of warning. He got right to it and identified the issue within just a few minutes. He had the part he needed for our 27 year old system in the van and had it running right away. We had expected multiple visits and having to wait for parts so a one visit fix was a huge win with the temp expected to be 100+ next week! Thank you!
Although the technician could not complete the job once he discovered i have a hydro HVAC he was polite, he explained that his company does not repair hydro units and he explained everything he found that needed to be repaired or replaced. I would highly recommend Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling if you donor have a hydro unit.
The technicians at Comfort Pro are professional and do quality work. They assessed an air flow issue inside my residence and suggested the installation of additional vents. The vents were installed in a timely manner and the air flow is now perfect. A special thanks to the owner, Mitchell who is a man of his word.
Comfort Pro has handled two service calls for us (through our Home Warranty): one on our furnace/heater, and one on our Air Conditioning unit. Their technicians were courteous and professional, and got the jobs done.
This company was an unpleasant experience pretty much all around. We called them to come out for our ac unit not working. The guy that came was very nice, and explained that we had a coolant leak, and added more coolant. He said it makes more sense to just add more coolant once a year rather than fix the actual leak, which I thought was weird... but our a/c was now working, so I was happy. A few days later the company calls me and tells me that the technician was just fired and they can’t trust anything he did on his service calls, so they’d like to send out a new technician to go over everything the first guy did. We thought that sounded so weird and sketchy!! But we were nervous the first guy might’ve done something wrong, so we said ok to the second guy coming over. The second guy was totally unprofessional. He walked around talking trash about the other technicians the entire time he was here. He didn’t do anything else while he was here. Two weeks later, the a/c is not working again. We call them for a third visit. The third technician said he needed to access the attic door in the ceiling of the master closet. We asked that he please remove his work boots when walking around on our brand new carpeting. He stated that he’d just been in a million dollar home, and refused to remove his boots. (I still have no idea what relevance the million dollar home had). We asked that he please do whatever was necessary to NOT leave black fingerprints and handprints all over the attic access door in the ceiling of the closet. He again replied that he’d just been in a million dollar home and that his hands were clean. You’ll never guess what he left all over the white attic access door.... yes, black handprints, covering the whole area of the door. In addition to the small hole now in the corner of the door that was not there before he was. in addition to the dirt and chunks of pebbles/dirt that he left all over the brand new carpeting in the closet and dusted over the nearby items in the closet. So incredibly rude, unprofessional, and infuriating. Oh, I almost forgot. He didn’t even fix the problem with the a/c. He said he couldn’t reach the unit in the attic and we’ll need to call another company bc it requires someone small to fit far enough in to reach it. ????? I highly recommend against using this company.
