Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling

I had an issue with my air conditioner and was referred to this business through my home insurance. They came out the next day. The man that came was very polite and didn’t try to rip me off. I pretty much knew what my system needed because I had a friend look at it before hand and their diagnosis matched exactly...this is something that doesn’t happen often. Honest businesses are hard to come by. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

If you have a home warranty and this is the company they send, please have them send a different company. I am sure they put warranty claims at the back of the line. Good luck having someone answer the phone.

Great communication and scheduling. Our tech Richard did a great job, explained the issue and even shared pictures of the repair. He answered questions and offered great advice for maintaining our unit. Very happy with our experience.

The company was referred by my home insurance. Comfort Air came out to repair and after 2 visits they said unit required extensive repairs or replacement. They would have to write and submit a report to home insurance agency. Seven days later and they have not submitted the report. I have been checking and all I am getting is promises. It was 111 degrees in Fresno today 😡
