Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling

This is not the first time I’ve used Comfort Pro and will certainly not be the last. I have always received excellent dealings with everyone involved with this company. From the ladies in customer service to the technicians doing the work. I rate them all
5 stars. Whether you have problems with your unit or just a service call, it’s great to have someone who is so helpful and have someone you can trust. I highly recommend Comfort Pro.

the Service/repairman, Juan Sanchez, was punctual and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and why he did it. Mr. Sanchez also explained to me, when he was through with the job, what I needed to do to maintain the integrity of my A/C unit. When he was finished with job, he asked me if I had any questions or concerns, Having none, Mr. Sanchez departed my residence.

Poor service. Did not fix the problem. 6 hours latter water comes through the ceiling again 2. But now like to add that the second technician you sent was able to repair the problem. Very professional and did a thorough inspection. Problem solved, thank you for your service.

We had a breaker blow and were out of power, when we finally got our power back on, we still had no heat. We tried several times to trouble shoot having grown up and used both gas and electric ignitions. We put in a request with our home warranty but called them directly, after not hearing back from our warranty. They got a technician out right away they had originally scheduled from 12-4 then narrowed then window time down. The technician was early, polite, and very informative, will be calling them for any future issues.

Wow. Amazing and idea experience. The professional was prompt and courteous. He was able to locate the problem quickly and made the appropriate adjustments swiftly. He explained everything and exited the palatial estate in record time, having completed the commissioned job. I highly recommend this company. Job well done !!!

The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They were called in to fix an issue another company caused. They were very thorough in trying to determine where the previous company failed, which is not often easy correcting someone else's work. They were successful. I would highly recommend this company.

Service man was very professional. He was receptive to my questions and explained all the work he performed and also suggested the best filters to use on the A/C. Very friendly and respectful, and well mannerd.

On time and Efficient. Informative and friendly. It was quite a process. I had to work with my insurance company and the Comfort Pro company and it was lengthy, but in the end it all worked out and I will use this company again. Communication is key in what ever you do.

Joe, was the service technician that came out for my AC system review & service. Very polite and he was able to demonstrate the workings, reviewed my filter.

Excellent service & very professional

Went through 2 companies before and they weren’t able to fix my furnace. This company came out and was able to tell my that it was the control board that is messing with my furnace. The reason for docking a star was because the service man says he’ll call us back with an update but he didn’t. We reached out to the company, and the company said they’ll give us an update by the end of the day, but we didn’t get a call. We followed up the following day.
