Great experience. Our technician Jim was fantastic and worked quickly. He was responsive, kind and did great work. 5 stars!

They came to service my AC because it's short cyclin and to connect my C wire at the unit. On top of leaving the C Wire disconnected, the unit is still short cycling and he left without fixing it and I still got charged for the service call even though he NEVER diagnosed what was actually wrong. To this day I'm trying to get a hold of them and I still have a short cycling AC unit.
Edit: They came back and fixed it free of charge. Still should not have taken so long.

There was a problem with the 1st maintenance call for evaluation of my HVAC system, however, my issue was addressed and resolved in a timely professional and courteous manner. I appreciate their service and will continue to use them

I do not review companies that often. But the amazing effort by their team deserves a review. Vanessa definitely went above and beyond to work on getting my AC back up and running even when having to deal with a difficult Home Warranty company. The techs that came to my residence where excellent both in their skills and customer service. I definitely recommend this company and I will continue to utilize their services.

Used this company through our home warranty. Had issues with the ac repair and they had to come back multiple times. Finally got that fixed. And I put the experience behind me. Until a couple days ago we realized that one of their workers smashed a roof tile. And another is broken but they are the only ones who have been up there. This is really upsetting and really unprofessional!! I get if it was an accident but they can't even say something??? Now we need to pay even more money to get them fixed before it starts raining. I am so upset and I do NOT recommend these guys to anyone. ******UPDATE***** We are very pleased at how this company handled this issue. They made sure to have our roof repaired, and they did so promptly. We very much appreciate it and it's nice to know that there are business owners who do care about their customers, and take care of issues if they arise.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I went with comfort pro heating. I called around 11 in the morning booked my appointment for that day and my technician was there 3 hours later and fixed my AC issues within a couple of minutes. Fast and efficient, highly recommend.

Customer service was outstanding. Vanessa was great to work with and she exceeded expectations. I am sold on Comfort Pro because of her follow up and ability to resolve the cooling issues on my home. Vanessa is very knowledgeable in the trade and get turn around time is instant. Very pleased

We were more than satisfied with the service we received from Comfort Pro when our air conditioning stopped cooling the house during the first heat wave of the summer here in hot Fresno. The appointment was made for the day after contact. The repairman, Juan, texted when he was coming and arrived promptly. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found the problem (a leak that had allowed refrigerant to escape), explained what he needed to do, and completed the repair quickly. He maintenanced the unit, made sure that it was operating properly, and advised us what we needed to do to keep it functioning well. We couldn't ask for a better experience
