My experience started over three month ago when my tenant's A/C unit wasn't cooling. My home warranty , referred me to Comfort Pro. The technician went out and said the reversing valve wasn't working , which caused the the coolant to leak out. So he said he changed it and re-filled the unit with 12 lbs. of coolant. My total cost for this labor and coolant was $1,640.00. The unit ran good for under 90 days and the tenant called again and said the unit stopped cooling. I called the home warranty company again and they again send out Comfort Pro. I spoke to the owner Mitchell and advised him that the work previously done was not properly done, he of course backed his employ and insisted that all was done properly. He send another technician to check the work previously done, and he found out that the reversing valve was NEVER changed . He ordered the valve and we had to wait several days again, keep in mind that the weather varied during this time between 105 degrees and 113 degrees, which was a great dis-service to my tenant and their family. Several days passed and the owner and Richard came out. They said that it would take 2 to 4 hours to do the repair. They did the repair , I not sure how long the unit will continue to cool. I must say that this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I will never use them again , nor will I refer them to any one. A very un-happy customer.
I am very pleased with the great service that Mitchell, Jimmy and the staff who answer the phones. I received. They were prompt and were great at problem solving on a difficult situation. I recommend their services.

I could write many paragraphs regarding the excellent care and work they have done for me however, I think it’s best to say that the people working within this company are the most honest, dependable, and caring I have ever experienced in any business. The attention to detail is a priority from maintenance to install and everything in between. I know this first hand because they have done all of the seasonal services, repairs and installation on both of my homes. I had to replace a unit in my first home once it became too old, and in my second, I chose to replace the unit before it became too old. Jim helped tremendously with showing me all of my options and explaining each one. Once I decided, Mitchell came out to take measurements and explain how he was going to proceed and kindly answered all of my questions. Enrique and Pao installed my new mini split system with care and also took time to answer questions. Vanessa and Jessica always take time to help and handled all of the needed paperwork. And Richard, I can’t say enough about how truly great Richard is! He was the first person I met in this company and his integrity and care reflects all at Comfort Pro. He always took care of maintaining and repairing my old unit and is always thorough! As far as my new system…I’m not just happy, I’m ecstatic!! It is so energy efficient, works incredibly well, is quiet, and looks great. The finish work is beautiful and clean. They took care with my home, my property, and the look of the finished product. It doesn’t get any better than Comfort Pro!! Thank you all so, so very much!
Called because needed vents looked at Only looked at filter said it needed to be changed. It's been changed and that's not problem in room I needed help with.
They went above and beyond to have a tech come out to our home. We have two little ones with upper respiratory issues and while other companies would not come out until days out, Comfort Pro went above and beyond to get someone out within hours even though they were booked! Thank you all so much!
Pro Comfort came out, dispatched thru First American Home Warranty, to fix my AC unit that stopped blowing cold… Jim was a pleasure to work with. Spotted the issue right away and fixed it within minutes. A/C began blowing cold air almost immediately. I would recommend Pro Comfort for any heating and cooling needs!
They were sent to me for a free check up for AC unit through my home warranty. The company was very communicative before appointment, respectful when they arrived and were honest in their evaluation. They included pictures as part of their report which was helpful. Thank you!
