First Appliance Repair

My stack washer-drier is in a tight spot. The diagnostic repair guy found the problem but removed the exhaust venting from the drier to be able to move the unit around. The repair person was a different guy. He replaced a part. He said he didn’t have the materials to put the exhaust vent back (it was damaged when removed) and left without putting it back or moving the unit back into place. I ran the washer and again the spill pan again filled with water. I contacted them again and they sent someone back the next day. It’s fixed!

Rocky's appt with me was for 6:00 P M. He called at 4:00, said he had extra
time and came out. Diagnosed the problem with our freezer, showed me and
ordered the part as I watched, and showed up within 48 hours of first meeting him to install it. Even added at no cost an additional part that "could someday wear out" just to cover any eventuality. A class act from
the initial phone call. ! !

Oscar and Rocky did an excellent job repairing our furnace and put the heat back on! They are polite, professional, and punctual! The furnace is also really old and Oscar was very proficient in diagnosing the problem. Highly recommend!

Oscar from First Appliance Repair was very knowledgeable, he came on time and suggested better option to fix problem with my refrigerator. He also shared his experience for other customers in the similar area.

This company don't have HVAC license. C20 license. Beware of working with them. Technicians are not allowed to work with freon. Their technician released freon into the air at my house. It's horrible!

Professional, work is not complete as of yet. So far I’m satisfied with the outcome. Can’t wait to use my stove again,

They came out…assessed an issue. Left believing it had been resolved. When contacted them they were quick to send out their technician again to make sure it was sorted out.

Had Jason service our refrigerator, he did a good job and he fixed our problem very professionally, would recommend this company and technician highly.

My appointment was from 12-2. They didnt show up and I had to call to find out they cant make it. Very unprofessional
