First Appliance Repair was great to work with! The appointment was set up quickly. Both the dispatcher and repairman were polite. The repairman was on time, worked efficiently, and explained the problem with my washer thoroughly. The cost was very reasonable. I would choose them again for my needed appliance repairs!

I was having problems with my dryer, I called and made an appointment same day. Tech arrived just a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the issue. I definitely recommend this company!

Very very bad experience and even feel this is a scam company. They gave me an estimate for my ac and asked to pay half before fixing. Then they came to fix it and asked for another half. But my ac doesn't work just that night. I then ask them for the refund and they didn't give it back to me. I'm still struggling to ask my money back. Definitely and strongly don't recommend this company.

We had a problem with our refrigerator leaking water. I shopped around trying to find someone who would come and fix it. After I contacted several companies who were booked up I was lucky enough to come across First AC. They were able to schedule a repair the same day. Oscar came right in and went work and was able to complete repairs that day. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quick response and professional service person, Oscar. I will schedule any future service calls With First AC. I thought the cost of the repairs was fair and I am completely satisfied with the results. First Appliance came out same day on Memorial Day, which was great, because our refrigerator was no longer keeping food frozen or cold. The repair was extended over several days, unfortunately due to numerous fixes needed in addition to the main item which was a compressor. I would have given 5 stars except they were unclear in the communication about the timeline of the repair. Overall First Appliance was responsive and professional and they save us from having to buy a new refrigerator and the associated cost and gave us more life into our 10-year old unit, which saved us money. Danny was great. Very professional and respectful. Our dishwasher threw a couple of codes, so I had already "worked on" the repair a little and was able to describe exactly what the issue was. He got the job done very expediently. Will definitely be using First for our future repairs.

These guys are great! Our furnace stopped working. They came out the same day and had it working within hours. Really professional, responsive, and overall excellent service. I put their magnet on my fridge, and I’ll definitely call them FIRST the next time anything breaks in my house.

I received a phone call right away from them and scheduled for dyer repair the same day. Within the next hour I received a call from the technician asking if he could come earlier as he was close by. Danny was professional and thorough. He was done in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use First Repair again.

Was able to get Jason to come out on the same day (almost considering booking on a Sunday night as Monday). Checked for parts, having found they were not available, Made it work and provided a long term solution as well. Price was as advertised.
