Our LG refrigerator stopped working. When I called the lady on the phone promptly answered, scheduled a same day appointment. Oscar from first repair came on time, diagnosed the problem, came back in the morning with the parts, stayed late and fixed the refrigerator. All in one day.

If I could give ten stars, I would.

Our 63 year old wall heater conked out and couldn't be repaired. Jason answered all our questions and installed a new heater. He also installed our first ever thermostat, which is greatly appreciated! We are pleased with the speedy and careful work that gave us a great heater...thank you!

Jason the repair person likes to guess at what it will take to repair your appliance using your money. He told me he could fix my ice maker for $400. He sort of fixed it, but it stopped working. I had him come back out and he claimed I needed another part for another $100. I got my ice maker working again. Since I already paid him for the part I didn’t need, he came back out and installed it.

When he was here fixing the ice maker he asked if I had anything else not working. My wine refrigerator wasn’t cooling and he said he could fix it for $350. (Understand I bought it for $299 ten years ago). I told him to fix it. He requested cash saying I’d get a discount. He claimed I had a blockage in the coolant line. Every time he came out to fix the ice maker, he tried to fix the wine fridge. He tried to ‘unblock’ the line 3 times. Each time it worked for a day or two then heated back up. Then he thought there was a leak, so he put in some stop leak. Again it worked for a day or two and got warm. He asked for another $80 cash. I only had $50 and gave him that. I’ve now given him money four times. My ice maker is working and my wine fridge does not. When I contacted him to come back out and fix it. He said he wants $350 to change a filter, but won’t guarantee it will work. Now I’m looking at $750 cash for a ten year old $299 wine fridge and no guarantee it will work. Given it cools and then heats up, my logic thinks there is a leak not a filter issue.

Neither the company nor Jason will come back out.

I would recommend staying as far away from this shady company and they incompetent employees. Pretty sure the wine fridge was a side job using his companies supplies. That makes him a thief-both customers and materials. Given he won’t stand behind his ‘side’ work, he cost his company a customer too.

Unless they are willing to come out and fix what he started.

With a failing dishwasher during the pandemic, First Appliance always came through without missing a beat! Their first representative reset the machine to recover it first. After failing for a second time (clearly a hardware issue buried in the motherboard) they ordered the correct part and had it installed the day it arrived putting it back to working condition. This team is professional and has demonstrated amazing debugging skills. They demonstrated friendly and informative service, wearing a mask throughout the entire process - which is very difficult to do over several hours. If they can get it done during a time like this they can do it all believe me.

Jason K came out to repair our dishwasher for a leak and after running it a few times he stated there was nothing wrong with it. He charged $70 just for looking and telling me there was no issue. After he left I drained the dishwasher and the leak happened again. I called 4 times for them to come back with no call back. This company is a scam.

My dryer broke so I reached out and I requested a quote on a Sunday morning. It’s now 1:30pm on Monday and my dryer is fixed! The repair person was able to diagnose and repair the issue within 45 minutes. The pricing was lowest from the three companies from which I requested estimates on Angie’s List. I’ll definitely use them again.

Don't waste your time nor money with this repair shop. Had repair done on refrigerator and within 24 hours the problem of over freezing in freezer compartment and not cooling in lower compartment came right back. Called in warranty and got the run around. A Company not willing to stand behind their work is a company that can't be trusted. Only gave them one star because you have to at least rate them but their not worth a star.
