I used Controlled Systems for installation of our AC in 2017. Within a week of the install, there was a leak in the garage since the vent for condensation opened into our garage and the installers didn't pay attention to it. The company came and installed a makeshift pipe that empties into our garden from the garage, but we have another leak now, and I called them up and their response oh you didn't hire us for servicing. Will not recommend them ever.

Controlled Systems installed our heating system 10 years ago, added AC 6 years ago, and have kept both running in good condition the entire time. Vince was insightful and persistent about analyzing and repair a couple of intermittent issues. (Intermittent problems are the hardest to fix, whether HVAC, automotive, or computers.

Controlled Systems is the ONLY provider you should call for HVAC service. The team is highly responsive and considerate. The management team led by Mike and Dawn was invaluable this winter. My tenants heating went out 3 days before Christmas and the Controlled Systems' team worked on Christmas eve to get my repairs in motion. Controlled Systems provided the most competitive pricing quote and was the most knowledgeable about our antiquated systems - AND how to cost effectively replace and repair my HVAC. In addition, the team takes extra precaution to be safe and sanitary which is extremely important during COVID times and vital for my tenants that have a new baby at home.

I had Controlled Systems Inc. install a new heating and a/c system for my shop. Mike did the quote and followed up with the job the entire way. All of his guys were friendly and never got in the way of my employees. I have had Mike and his crew install 2 more heaters in my service building, and take care of a rental property. This is an A+ business to deal with.

The HVAC at my store started leaking water from the roof down onto my overhead ceiling. I also had an issue with the heater last winter that I had yet to address. I called Controlled Systems on the advice of a friend. I left a message in the evening and heard back first thing the next day. The owner Mike had a technician available and he showed up around 9:30. Both my issues were addressed with a bill that I thought was more than fair.
I will use them the next time my business or home needs HVAC service.

He is unprofessional, does sub standard work, can't pass an inspection, none of his employees are certified for anything. Do not hire this company, they will take your money and screw you over. The last installation he did filled the home with carbon monoxide luckily for him no one died, this time!!
