David was the lead installer for a new heat pump/fan coil system and what an outstanding job he did. David is both an exceptional person and a truly great installer. One of the nicest and most genuine people I have come across in a long time. He is respectful, professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wants to do the best job possible for his customers. He goes the extra mile to get it done right. He stayed day and night working late hours to ensure that the entire install was not only done right, but in his words ' he wanted to make it look beautiful'. What a tremendous person he is. I would highly recommend Fuse for HVAC installs and David, in my estimation, is simply an awesome person to work with.

Super worksmanship, Konstantin listened and helped me replace a 20 year old SEER 11 Trane hvac with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. My power bill will be alot lower summer and winter.

I used Fuse for 3 projects, upgrading our gas furnace to a heat pump, an electrical service upgrade & solar panels. Overall, they did reasonable work, thus some stars, but they failed to deliver parts of the project and are not returning my calls. Given that all these items are things that require maintenance and they don't even bother returning calls or emails, I can't recommend them.

The heat pump project was actually great. Price was fair, they delivered quickly and the install is very well done.

The electrical service upgrade was painful. They were supposed to install 2 240v outlets at the same time, but this somehow got lost and the installer showed up without the necessary equipment. Since the utility had already cut power to my house, they upgraded the panel and said they would come back the next day. They never did. I called Fuse many times about the issue and they said they would check with the installer and call me right back, which they never did. It's been 5 months now.

They new panel they installed is also not very extensible. The conduit they used is already full, without any new circuits installed, which is really disappointing.

The solar install itself was well done, but the process was painful. Their permit guy is really not on top of things. It took 5 months to get the necessary approval. When they finally got it, they somehow hadn't ordered the panels I asked for. They did give me arguably better ones for the same price, but this was a stressful process. The price for the panels was above other quotes I had, but given they had done a good job with the heat pump, I went with them.

Solar equipment is something that will eventually require maintenance and I unfortunately don't have confidence they'll actually show up to do it.

Wow! What a great overall experience! I was getting estimates for an HVAC replacement for my landlord. Fuse was able to set up the appointment for the very next morning. Roby showed up on time and set the tone for my entire interaction. He spent time educating me on the types of systems needed, the cost (and was transparent about the expenses), as well as giving me options for the budget we were trying to achieve. Just a pleasant person and I felt very comfortable hiring them based on this interaction. They were able to come install the system within a fairly tight timeframe (due to cold weather). The installer Tony, and his helper, David, were awesome. Extremely polite, hardworking and careful to keep the space clean both during and at the end of the project. They ensured it was running smoothly and effectively prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC replacement. Thanks!

We compared quotes and had appointments from about a handful of different companies in the area and ended up booking with Fuse. The initial appointment was very detailed and they provided different options of what we were looking for. Pricing was also comparable to others. We wanted something energy efficient, quiet and a filter installed in the systems. They were thorough and clear on what we needed to do to prep for the major overhaul of our furnace and AC.

Our technician Dave was very courteous and meticulous. Him and his partner, Bolt were extremely efficient! The bad weather caused a little delay but they got the job done! Dave asked about the times that would work best for us and communicated well with us each day/time they were coming out. All the work is done to code and Dave tested the units multiple times to make sure everything was running correctly. They also made sure to clean up each time they came out. Both Dave and Bolt worked throughout the day and into the evenings to ensure our heat was properly installed and we were comfortable.

The process from initial booking, install and signing/payment was very easy and clear. They’re responsive, professional and detailed. Highly recommend Fuse!

Russ and his team were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They were understanding about coming back to quote several times to ensure we fitted the right units into our home. The installers were incredibly tidy and knew exactly what they were doing. Can't fault their service and I am loving the air-conditioning especially now we have glorious sunshine.

Quick responses, timely service. highly recommend this company! I got a few quotes to replace my 100 amp sub panel with a 200 amp sub-panel. Job took a day, electrician cleaned up all the dust and debris. Quote was super competitive compared to the 3 other companies I called.
