James did a great job by coming to my home for a free estimation of device replacement and free Freon leak check, he worked very carefully for one and half hour. On the phone they said it is free price estimation for device replacement but since he spend over one hour to check Freon leak, I wrote a check for him but he refused to accept. He is a real good and nice guy and I would like to give him 5 stars!

My heat pump stopped working during the winter months, and temp in my home became more than a tad bit uncomfortable. James came out as soon as possible, and with the help of his coworker was able to quickly identify and repair the source of the issue. James was very friendly and took the time to provide an explanation. I highly recommend All Temp and, specifically, James.

Recently had our A/C go out on one of the hottest days of the year...James responded quickly, diagnosed the problem in under a minute and had us up and running again in under an hour from start to finish. Jim McKinney is very professional and performs excellent work. He is well equipped and no job is too large or too small. He is such a nice person he even came out on a Sunday to change out the capacitor in my A/C unit when it was August and 105 degrees. He is a good family man and stands behind his work. I would recommend calling Jim first for any cooling need.

James came out quickly to service the air conditioner and did a great job. He was very professional and advised us that we needed a new air conditioner.

The techs they hire very unprofessional, this technician did not take any tools out but still wanted to replace parts, very unprofessional. Do not go here seems like these guys are scammers. On top of it they were 2 hours late to my scheduled appointment..

took the service charge $95 but dint fix the AC. very unprofessional.
