    Gave a "Heads Up" to their imminent arrival time, and showed up on time. Analysis was done efficiently & correct parts were to be ordered. Gave a reasonable explanation on parts arrival time yet to be determined, but was assured there would be a follow up call when in, to complete the job. All done right in the middle of the arrival window promised.

    So far, pleased, and looking forward to an "Advance Call" to be informed when the job could be completed . . . ( Since I am out of State (NV) every month. ) I Recommend 1st Appliance Repair! Robert

    One of the worst ever. They came to repair our furnace but didn’t repair it well the first time. We had to wait in cold for almost 10 days for them to reschedule an appointment. They rescheduled a visit only to cancel in the last minute without any prior notice. We have a 6 month old kid and 70 year old grand parents who had to sleep though the cold only because of the negligence of this company. Their calls go to some customer service who say they will talk to their manager and call back and never call back. Please don’t use them.

    The important thing is they fixed the stove. However, they dropped the stove on the kitchen floor and broke a corner of the glass off. They made up for it by coming out the next day and gluing the glass back together and giving us the other (2nd broken part) of the stove for free. While this is nice, of course the stove is in slightly worse condition now with the crack in the glass. They should have tools to carefully lift the glass and put it down somewhere safe but they did not really have a process for that, they just leaned it against the fridge. And while I sympathize with how difficult it is to learn a language-- none of the 4 people I spoke with were native English speakers. This made it hard to explain the problem with the stove and understand what they wanted to fix and how it was priced. I might've been better off buying a new stove.

    AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANES! They are thieves and unprofessional. They sent a technician to inspect my oven. The guy sent me a $500 bill to replace the full control panel after 2 minutes of just staring at the oven; no troubleshooting, no probing, no nothing. I used another technician and he literally fixed the oven by resting a tripped breaker. Free of charge. The worst part was that I had to call them multiple times and every time they would explain to me that their technicians are so experienced that they can troubleshoot by just looking (i.e. staring) at the appliance.

    First AC is a great company! The technician who came out to take at look at our heater was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be replaced and for parts and labor it is very affordable!! Highly recommend First AC!!

    The Company got the part on an hour or so , made emergency appt the next day !
