First Appliance Repair

The technician arrived on time and did a thorough diagnosis of our dishwasher issue and gave advice on how best to use it. He answered all of our questions and let us know which parts might give us trouble in future.

Very bad experience to say the least! Their technician came out the first time repaired our dishwasher. The dishwasher again stopped working three days later— they replaced the drain pump. The second technician didn’t speak a word of English. Then within another 4 days the dishwasher stopped working they did diagnostics on the phone and said the circulation pump needs replacing. They took a deposit from us saying it would be fixed right away. Then they called saying they will go on a three day vacation and can’t replace this pump. Very inefficient because can’t diagnose the problem and are by far the worst appliance repair company I’ve encountered.

Eli was very personable and professional and explained everything that needed to be done which way it would be better too remedy the situation. We have had a couple of problems with this refrigerator throughout the 9 years that we've had it and we'd be better off at buying a standalone freezer. The rest of the refrigerator works well it's just the freezer part.

I have good experience with this company on my recent dishwasher repair. They have clear communications to set expectations. They have been on time, good diagnosis of the issue, and fix the problem.

I had them cone in to check my AC unit which would stop cooling after running for few hours. Oscar explained to me that that was typical of all units. He measured the freon pressure as well as the air temperature and determined that the unit was fine and dis not require any repairs. Very polite and explained things to me. I highly recommend them and will be using for any further appliance repairs that May be needed.

My experience with First Appliance Repair was excellent. Once I've made my inquiry about needing to repair my GE dishwasher the service was scheduled for a next day. The problem was diagnosed within seconds. The parts were available the same day and the repair went successfully. I was told that if the parts would need to be ordered it would take another few days to complete the repair. I didn't mind to wait but luckily my replacement parts were generic and all the repairs were complete the same day. That was a stress-free appliance repair, and I will definitely use that company again if needed. Also need to note, the technicians were very professional and well mannered, good customer service.

We had a fridge that some one gave that decided to stop working after a few weeks so I went onto find someone that might be able to get it running again. First Appliance had great reviews so I chose to call them first. They set an appointment immediately to come within the next two hours. They arrived in one. They diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a reasonable estimate and let me know that someone would be out with the part needed within 2 hours. Again they arrived in under the 2 hour mark. They fridge was up and running in a half hour. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely call again.

Great service, reasonable price. Colin did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed our dryer’s problem and was able to fix it. He was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!!!

Call was answered promptly and efficiently on Saturday. The technician arrived right on time and solved my simple problem very quickly. He and his tool box were immaculate. Would use this company for all my appliance needs moving forward.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about this company. I was first impressed by how quickly they were able to come diagnose, buy parts and schedule the actual fixing for same day.
However, when the second technician came to replace my washing machine's pump, he did not drain my machine and so the water ended up spilling all over my garage, soaking a lot of items. They fixed my machine fast but left a huge mess for me to deal with :( this was very much preventable.
