    These guys are outstanding. I have had to do the repair of the two of my commercial fridges and you know what? The guys came into my coffee shop around 7 pm on Saturday night and have repaired my equipment a pretty fast. Affordable prices, fast service, friendly attitude. 5 stars without a doubt.     I called this company to inquire about fixing my dryer and the guy said it would cost $70 to come to my house and if I agree to the repair the $70 would be waived and included in the estimate then I told him I know the problem I just need to change the heating element and he said he will call me back with an estimate an hour later he called me and told me it’s about $400 he said $200 for parts and about 180 for labor plus plus and I said no thank you so much but the parr he said it’s $200 it’s really cost $35 on Amazon and everywhere else so I’m just telling people please be careful when dealing with this company specially when it comes to parts and labor good luck I will never use them

    My service tech was a little late the first day but they were fast and very polite and offered a discount without me asking. They informed me they needed to get the part and worked around my schedule to make sure it was installed at a later date at my convenients. I will be using them again.

    Called to get washer fixed on 2/6, came out said I needed a door lock would order part and come back on 2/12 to install. Not bad considering a weekend in between. I call on the 11th to get time frame they say 9-11. The 12th comes and goes no call no show. I call on the 2/13 sorry we'll look into it and call back. No call back so I call on the 2/14. So sorry we can come tomorrow. No thanks it's a Saturday can you come Monday sure be there between 9-11. Monday 2/17 no call no show. I call again we'll look into and get back to you. Never heard back so call now I'm mad I want a manager. Ok manager will call you back. Manager Constantin calls me back on Wednesday so sorry we never got the part well be in tomorrow and we'll go and install and give you a discount. Me being a logical persons says listen odds of part coming in and you installing that day are slim just schedule for Friday in the morning. He says sure no problem. Friday no one shows I get a call about 1 saying sorry part didn't arrive can we come Monday. Sure! Monday comes I get a call around 2 the repair man is stuck at a long job can we come Tuesday. Sure! Finally Tuesday around 2 the job is done. Wouldn't you know the repair man has no notes or anything about a discount. Worse repair experience ever by far. So unprofessional, everytime I called it was like the first time they ever heard of me. The kicker is every time I got off the phone I got a text with a $10 off code. If I could have combined all the $10 off they would have ended up paying me for the job.

    Fantastic service! Next day response! Fixed my defective part and saved me $250 for the part that would have been needed! Best appliance service imaginable! They are the only appliance repair company you will ever need! Wonderful experience!
