This was a very positive professional experience from the start and throughout the install process. Jamie was very thorough and upfront at the original home inspection and Jon and Paul were a delight to work with at install. We had a challenging install do to location of the unit and the expert install team executed the process perfectly. I saved for a year to have this AC and I am a very happy lady right now. Totally worth it!

Command Comfort did a great job with quoting and getting the right split unit for our house. The installation was done in the time quoted even though they ran into some issues. They resolved them with ease and managed to keep the house clean. Thanks Paul, Jack, Ruben, James for the hard work on the installation. The new ceiling cassettes are great and Jaime did a great job to schedule someone to come out do some patch work. Overall, I would hire them again without hesitation.

Installed a ductless system 7 years ago, regularly provided maintenance, and always has promptly responded to requests/questions. Service technicians are professional. I am so happy that I chose Command Comfort!

I hired Command Comfort to install a Mitsubishi two zone ductless mini-split in my sunroom/office. I chose them due to their great reviews on yelp, and due to them being Mitsubishi elite contractors. Within an hour of me contacting them, I received an email communication from them regarding setting up my free estimate (virtual or in-home). I set up the in home estimate and on the appointment day, Jaime showed up on time, and was very thorough in his explanations and descriptions of the system. I went ahead with the install, and on the install day Jon and Paul showed up on time and were very polite and clear in their explanations. They were very clean and diligent in their work, and in accomadating my requests. It was a full day install, and they didn't finish until very late, but they made sure to clean up after their install and test the system, as well as show me how the system works. I greatly appreciate the amazing installation by Jon and Paul, and would not hesitate to call them again for my heating and cooling needs.

We installed our split air conditioners in 2018. From sales through installation and regular service the people have provided professional service. Whenever we call the office, we receive friendly and professional assistance. Today, we had our annual tuneup; the maintenance representative called ahead to let us know he would arrive shortly, he worked quickly and quietly, he explained the service and the invoice fully. We have always experienced excellent service.

Amazing customer service. Jamie was meticulous with the design and coordinating process from start to finish. The team was impeccable! They were so clean, hardworking, and communicative. They went above and beyond and honestly, they have set the bar for what quality service looks like. As we do more home projects, no one has come close to command comfort. No one. We are very happy with our 6 ductless units! If you have a Cliff May Rancho home, then you know how difficult can be to hear and cool comfortably. We are so happy. Every room is climate controlled and it is wonderful! Can’t wait for hot summer days to test out that AC!
