Great experience. I had a new furnace and AC installed by Command Comfort. They offered several
options during the proposal
process and explaining the cost and benefits of each one related to energy use, maintenance, price, etc. Their quote was competitive. Excellent communication throughout the process including during the installation. The technicians were on-time, gave me status updates, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was ok. This is a well-run company and everyone I dealt with seemed highly competent and diligent. New furnace works great.

I got a full new Samsung heat pump system with Command Comfort. Jamie was one of the best persons I have ever dealt with since I got my home. He was patience, honest and very easy to talk to. The guys that came to my home were fantastic, Jack was the installer and he did everything posible to accomodate any concern I had. He even relocated the power box after install to my convenience. I am very grateful with their work, ethics and with the performance of my unit after 4 months of use (so far). Thanks!

The sales associate (Jaime), the installation manager (Jack), and everyone I've interfaced with in the past have been very courteous and knowledgeable. One of the worst things to experience is your gas HVAC not working or not working properly in the winter. Fortunately Command Comfort installed my HVAC unit in my home so it was a no brainer to call them when I had a problem. They scheduled me promptly and the service man was there right on time. He even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he throughly examined my system and explained everything about it, including the problem I was experiencing and why. He quickly fixed the problem (loose hose) and didn’t try to rip me off by saying the problem was something bigger than it actually was. I am so pleased with the trustworthiness of Command Comfort and have recommended them to so many people who have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of you and your property. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

I just had Command Comfort install a 3-unit ductless system in my house, and my experience with the installation itself was great (too soon to comment fully on the system itself, but I'm two days in, and thus far I'm loving the cool air!). Command Comfort came recommended by three separate close friends, so I had high expectations going in. Jamie Brennan was absolutely wonderful: he explained things clearly, he was professional and pleasant, there were no scheduling problems, and everything happened the way it was explained to me. Jack, Jessie and Andrew, the actual installers, were equally professional and pleasant. They also explained clearly what they were doing, what I could expect in terms of maintenance, etc. Plus, they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards, which I really appreciated. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience with Command Comfort.
