Command Comfort

I am very pleased with my entire experience with Command Comfort. Especially Paul and Jon- the two technicians who came out to install my new AC. From the very beginning, they were professional, took the time to patiently walk me through the process and ask my opinion about aesthetic options , and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very trustworthy- I even felt comfortable leaving the house on an errand while they were here.
Lastly, they cleaned up very nicely. Some contractors leave stuff behind or leave a dusty mess for you to clean up, but Paul and Jon were very diligent about cleaning the space.
Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone! And will definitely use in the future.

Rick Mendoza with command comfort fix my air conditioning today. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything in detail in a way that I understood it. Furnace didn’t turn on last night. Called Command Air and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The technician Rick, called when he was 20 minutes away. Rick arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He explained his findings. The 5 star review is because of this Technician.

The whole business experience with Command Comfort was top notch, from quoting by Jamie, to follow up and assistance in getting my HOA to approve it all the way through installation by Jack and his team and follow up with questions I had shortly after installation. I received quotes from two other contractors and was impressed with Command Comforts approach to all aspects of their business. I would highly recommend them!

The people from this company are extremely enthusiastic, responsive, and professional. We received the first response from Ms. Nicole St. James. She made me feel confident and comfortable with the company.

Subsequently, we had the visits from The New Business Director, Mr. Jamie Brennan. Mr. Brennan was on time, very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and highly professional. He helped us to get the permit, to apply for the 0% interest loan, to select the units. We are glad to have him working on planning of the installation in our house.

And most importantly, we were very happy to meet Paul and Jon who did the outstanding work of installation. They came on time, wore masks/shoe covers, and made things clean/neat. Paul and Jon were friendly; I enjoyed talking with them or asked them questions. They did a very thorough job. We liked them very much.

Until today, a week after the installation, everything is working well. The indoor units are very quiet and look nice. They deliver very good cooling and ventilation. We hope that they would last to the end of the warranty.

In summary, we are highly satisfied with the quality and professional services from the people at this company. We recommend it to you without reservation.

Rick came to do the cleaning service and to check the AC today. Rich did a very thorough cleaning the filters and replaced the outdated filters from the two units. I had a good time talking and laughing with Rick. Rick was nice, calm, and relaxed person. I already ask Nicole to schedule Rick to come back doing the services for our AC.

Chris and his team are the best!! They’ve done a ton of work for our family, and he always has the solution! The whole crew is friendly, responsive, and efficient. I would highly recommend Command Comfort!
