Mitsubishi mini split a/c and heating in 3 rooms. I had made up my mind to use another company when Nicole messaged me to set up an appointment. There was something about her that made me say sure why not so I set up an appointment. Jamie showed up and was very patient with all my silly questions and explained everything to me and I felt he was being sincere and honest. So at that moment I decided to change my mind and go with command comfort. I had to wait for HOA approval and Jamie even helped with the documents to present to them. Finally they approved but I was still nervous as to how everything was going to be installed so Jamie said he would come out again and explain everything to me again. On the day in installation Jack, Rick and Gilbert showed up and were so nice and got to work right away. It’s a two day job and when they left on the first day I told my husband “wow these guys are so tidy you can’t even tell they were here today”. These guys are top notch and first rate. Honestly, they did so many little things that another person may not think is important but to me it was a huge deal and took a lot of pressure off of my shoulders starting with Nicole to Jamie and then the crew Jack, Rick and Gilbert. If you are looking for an honest company at a reasonable rate then this is the company you should go to. Thank you to all that helped make this horrible project into an easy, low stress project. As a result, I am very happy with my 3 new air conditioning units and heating systems.

Had a technician by the name of Rick come out to inspect our 2 split AC units. Not only was Rick knowledgeable of the work installed, he took the time to explain how to properly care for our AC so in the long run it’ll last longer and more efficient. He took the time to answer our questions and concerns and gave us his personal number. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Rick and Command Comfort to take care of your cooling/heating needs. Thank you!
