Good experience from initial quote, to installation, to follow up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. Jamie worked with me to make sure everything was what I wanted and needed, not what was most expedient for them. Paul, Jon, and G did an excellent job of the install.

I called Command Comfort after having another company give me a ridiculous quote for repairs. Chris was very good at checking out the system and then giving me my options. He offered one the other company didn’t even mention and was very clear about the pros and cons of each option. The work was done same day, tested to make sure it was working. I am glad I called them!

Got a split ductless system installed in our old home. Wonderful staff from initial consultation to the installation crew. Courteous and cleaned up the rooms being worked on every day. Didn't take the easy way out and utilized our crawl space to avoid having to route any refrigerant lines on the outside of the home.

Jamie, the sales rep and the crew, Jack, Paul and John could not have been better. They Installed a three zone mini-split system. The crew did a great job and their expertise enabled them to solve some problems in the most efficient way which otherwise could have caused some expensive complications. Our neighbor is a rain gutter contractor and he commented that they did a great job on the sheet metal covers. Highly recommended.

Paul and John from Command Comfort installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump system in our 800 square foot family room. Their work was clean and very thorough, and Paul explained everything in detail when the job was complete. This system is powerful and amazingly quiet, so I think we’re going to love it!
