Command Comfort

Although we did not go with Command Comfort, Jamie was VERY professional, knowledgeable, prompt and kind!!! We just decided to go in a different direction with our needs, but had we not have, we'd have DEFINETLY gone with Command Comfort! Great company all around!

Command Comfort /Jaime I want to thank you for the great group of guys that were sent to my home to do the install on a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette. The team worked like a well oiled machine. Need a job done send in the “A” team. I truly appreciate the work that was completed. I will in the future have my current old AC system replaced again requesting the “A” team to complete it. Thanks again to you Jaime for coming out on the estimate. I can’t say enough good things to the installers Jon, Paul, and Mr G (Gilbert). Love the very quiet system!! Turned out to be a clean looking install.

We had waited over 20 years to add a heating and AC system to our home. We interviewed 3 different installers and Command Comfort was not the least expensive but they were the most professional. From the office staff to the Sales staff to the installers, they were all very consistent with the Mitsubishi product and the installation process. Every employee was polite and communicated consistently through the entire process, they are a great team. The whole project to install 4 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit took two days to complete and everything looks plus operates perfect. They were respectful of our home, constantly maintaining a clean and organized project. After everything was completed they went over the function and key points on the system plus all the warranty information. The only evidence of them ever being at our home is the warm rooms. We want to personally thank Jamie, Paul, Jack, Jon and the rest of the office staff.

I am very pleased with the services provided by this company. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. Jamie, who came out to my home for a consultation, was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that I would understand and took the time to answer any questions. Paul and John, who installed my Mini Splits, were exceptional. I was impressed by how they adhered to COVID-19 guidelines by always wearing a face mask, even in this extreme heat! Technician Rick was great! He texted when he was on his way and again when he arrived. He explained things in full detail, made recommendations without making me feel pressured, did a great job cleaning and performing maintenance on all three units as well as the outside unit. Rick was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He deserves a raise...Thank you!

Jack, Rick and Gilbert did an awesome job of installing four Mitsubishi ductless AC/heating units in my home. I would also like to thank Jamie who went above and beyond on my AC project. Rick did a great job at servicing our air conditioning unit. Deep cleaned and pressure washed. Feels like the first day it was installed.
