During an extreme heat wave our very old air conditioner quit. JPM’s courteous Christina scheduled an appointment date. Jason, the owner, came out promptly. He thoroughly and knowledgeably reviewed the new air conditioner, new furnace, and duct replacement information with me, and provided a surprisingly reasonable competitive estimate. Within a week the competent crew, lead by knowledgable Manny, completed the job.

I liked that they were more about service than selling you something you don't need. The price was great. We'll recommend them, and if something breaks or we need a new HVAC, God forbid, we'll know who to call.

Bowen came out to do the final steps on a mini split system I bought online from Home Depot. He checked all the work I had done myself and then made the final connections of the refrigerant lines, pressure tested with dry nitrogen, evacuated the system of air and moisture with a vacuum pump, released the refrigerant precharge, test ran the system and then filled out the warranty card that came with the system. Bowen really knows his stuff and is passionate about his job. He explained so many things to me as he did his work. I have a very good understanding of my system and how it works. I couldn't be more happy with Bowen and JPM.

I spent two weeks and had eight estimates before deciding on JPM for my new HVAC. I had some lower, and some higher estimates. The reason I chose JPM is they identified my individual needs (inadequate duck work) to certain rooms of the house. They had real solutions for correcting the duct work to destribute air flow to all rooms. Large HVAC competitors that advertise heavily on tv didn't appear to have the experience to understand how to do this. Jason was very patient as I was hospitalized shortly after he gave me a bid, delaying the project a couple weeks. When I was ready to move forward with the project he assisted me with reasonable financing. Every employee demonstrated professionalism and expert knowledge of the equipement, electrical, condensor drainage, duckwork, and all systems. They were clean and efficient and were cognizant of aesthetics keeping things neat and not visible. I was so impressed to receive such amazing customer support from phone to the installation process. The heat works well and looking forward to having cold a/c this summer. I highly recommend JPM for any HVAC needs.

Quality work at a reasonable price. New furnace, new A/C compressor, and ducting was replaced. Work was completed in a little over one day. Thus far, very happy with new unit.
