We had the flame sensor go out on out heating system on the coldest day of the year so far, probably a very busy time for them. They were able to send a service rep the same day. Since it was a simple repair he repaired it on the spot and only charged a few dollars over the standard diagnostic fee. That is how it should be done. When, not if, I have a major issue with my HVAC I will be calling JPM.

I called on Wednesday for A/C service and to my surprise they said: See you tomorrow between 7Am and 9AM; Their tech arrived at 7am; fixed my problem and let me carry on with a Cool day. Other Companies we at least 4 days out and some never returned my call. They understand that the calls to them for service need immediate attention. This is a Great Business Philosophy ..

Had previous technician from a different company come out and told me that I’d be looking at over 3k in repairs in 4 hours time. We were referred to JPM by a friend that is in construction. They were able to come to our facility the very next day. Bowen was very knowledgeable and quickly had a solution. The next day he was back out replacing some parts and had our a/c ice cold much faster than I expected. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use JPM in the future and highly recommend them.
