I couldn't be more happy with these guys! I called Monday afternoon to inquire about getting a quote. Jason (the owner) answered my call and came out to give me a quote the very next day. He listened to my exact wants and needs, and was so kind and polite. We settled on the best solution, and less than 24 hours later, on Wednesday afternoon, the crew was back out at my house installing the new ductless unit. They were quick, and didn't leave behind any sort of mess to indicate that they had been there at all. They would have had it all done in one day, but the job they had earlier that morning ran a little longer than they anticipated which they communicated and apologized for countless times, which was very appreciated! They came out ASAP Thursday morning and only took a couple of hours to finish up the job and double check to make sure everything was perfect. We will 100% be recommending them to other friends of our in the area, and definitely be calling them out for future projects. Couldn't have asked for more friendly customer service, and prompt execution! Our house is officially ready for summer!

My husband and I had an air conditioner installed yesterday by JPM Heating & Air of El Cajon. When I first called them, the owner, Jason, answered the phone and was very sincere and helpful. Then I talked with Christina in their office and again was greeted by a professional and helpful person and was able to get a consult set up very quickly and sooner than expected. Jason came out and we both enjoyed talking with him. He is very knowledgeable and helped us decide which unit would be best for our home. Then, only one week later, Manny and a coworker came out to install the air conditioner. What great guys! They worked hard all day, were very professional, courteous, and conducted their work in such a manner that we were both impressed. They put down a protective cloth on our hardwood floors to protect it while working. We are very happy with JPM and all of their team! We highly recommend them to anyone who wants prompt response and a good value for your money, and professional and competent service!

Our A/C cooling unit blew out a coil on the hottest day of the week, Sunday of the 3-day Labor Day weekend. I made some calls in desperation with no luck, but Jason of JPM called me back Sunday evening and he came early Monday morning for an evaluation. He informed me that the system needed to be replaced and they were about 2 weeks out, but might possibly have an opportunity on Friday if other projects finished on time. Jason didn't try to upsell me anything that we didn't need; he kept it totally honest and realistic. He and his team were here this morning and finished the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new system by about 11:30! They were so professional and courteous it was actually a pleasure having them here. I can't say enough good things about our experience with JPM! I give them the strongest possible recommendation if you are in need of HVAC service!

We had a previous company come out and did not take care of our a/c unit in a professional manner, trying to take advantage of us. We called JPM Heating and Air and Jason was quick to take care of us and even turned out the part was under warranty. I would absolutely call JPM again and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service at their home.

JPM installed a new heater and an air conditioner in my home. The crew were very polite and very neat - they cleaned everything before they left to what it had been before they came. They had a difficult situation to contend with my crazy electrical panel but were still able to get everything working perfectly in one day. Unfortunately its been too cold to use the A/C yet, but I'm in love with my new heater. JPM gave me a competitive price for an excellent heating and cooling system that is appropriately sized for my home and I am very happy now. I highly recommend JPM Heating & Air.

I have worked for commercial General Contractor for 24 yrs and I found it a pleasure dealing with Jason. It is not often that you have the owner of a company taking the time to go over your needs with you, not try to oversell, and quickly provide you a fair estimate.
Tommy and his 3 man crew replaced my entire 40+ year old heating/cooling system and ductwork, in 6hrs! Work was clean, guys knowledgeable and courteous.

I didn't know who to call, so looked at locals in BBB. JPM had been in business for over 15 years and had no complaints from anyone. They came out the next day, found the problem. Gave me the temporary fix, that might not work, and the cost of a new unit since mine was over 17 years old and R22 Freon was about to be phased out. Since I couldn't buy a new one at this time I went with the temporary fix. So far it's working. What I liked was the straight forward way, with the prices, it was presented. I feel I got the best deal they could make and also the way I was treated. I will use them again and I'm glad to refer them.
