JPM heating and air has been my go to for all my HVAC needs. Have been doing business with them since 2009. They have installed systems and provided excellent service whenever requested. Recommend highly.

JMP was great they came out the next morning to look at my furnace and were able to fix the problem. Mark who was the technician that came out explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He also took a look and probably programes my thermostat. I would highly recommend.

Showed up on time, very polite, very clean particularly at end of first day and at end of job. From first visit to quote and total install <2 weeks. Very satisfied with install.

Serviced our Fujitsu units today that JPM installed 3 years ago. The guys are great! They were friendly and thorough.

During the hottest summer in recent .Emory, when our AC went out, JPM came to our rescue! Took a few days to get out, but when they did it was quick and easy for the fix. Didn't try to "upsell " is on a new unit, just fixed it and were happy to do that.

Good communication before and during my service. The problem was diagnosed correctly and solved quickly. Mechanical problems can be hard to get right every time, but I would recommend giving JPM a chance at fixing them.

They were prompt and made sure we did not have to go a long time without air-conditioning. They also had a great price!

My air conditioner would not turn on. JPM came out in the middle of a heatwave and solved the problem immediately. They also checked out my systems and although they could have made some money off of suggestions, they also said "wait until you need it - until it operates ineffectively" They will get my return business.
