Happy to recommend JPM. Heating and Air. A few years ago they installed a complete new HVAC in my home, furnace, air conditioner and new ductwork . The price was fair, the work was done when promised, and the system has worked dependably ever since. I've since had them service the system, and their work was pleasant and professional. I will continue to call upon them when the need arises, and I am happy to recommend them to others.

I live in San Marcos and wouldn't have thought of calling a company in El Cajon, .....but they were highly recommended by a friend in my area so I took a chance. JPM was the third company who gave me a quote and they were, by far, the best. Owner, Jason, came out within a very short time after I initially called them
Manny, Ernesto and Mike arrived when they were scheduled and worked hard, in the heat, to complete installation of my new air conditioner. They were very polite, hard working and Manny explained what they had to correct at my house in order to make a great installation. He replaced the filter in my furnace and even gave me a spare. I've recommended them to my son already and will give great recommendations to anyone I hear is looking for their kind of service.

Jason was knowledgeable and reasonable. Fixed the issue quickly and my system was back up immediately. He also provided/recommended some additional maintenance to ensure my system didn’t fail again.

We called multiple highly advertised companies for a problem that needed immediate attention. We had water leaking through our ceiling from the furnace which was in the attic. Since the other companies could not come for a week I went on Yelp and this company had great reviews so I called.This company came out within hours,. Bowen was very professional, called to let us know when he would arrive and was here the minute he said he would arrive! Found the problem, fixed it quickly, explained what happened and was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend JPM and will use again when needed!

All employees I spoke with were super friendly and helpful. They were able to come out to me the very next day. Their tech was prompt, knowledgeable and got the repair done the same day... and he even had to go locate a part! I would highly recommend:)

Gave a thorough assessment of all the equipment had our commercial property. What followed was a detailed proposal of work to be done at a competitive price.

Day appointment was made for service technicians to execute the prescribe work as described in the proposal. They showed up on time did professional work and we’re comfortable having their work observed.

The technicians dress was appropriate they were respectful of the property and of the offices that they worked in, I will use them again and would refer them to anyone!

We had a Trane heating and cooling system installed along with some duct work. Jason quoted a very competitive price, scheduled the work within a week, and it was completed that day. Tommy and the other workers were careful, considerate, and most competent--they did a great job. We couldn't be more pleased with the system, what we paid, and the interactions with all at JPM!

Rich was very knowledgeable. I was Thankful the part was with him & my Ac unit was up & running in a short period.
The appointment was easy to obtain. The schedule went as planned & they texted me a 1/2 hr before coming & Rich was on time. He explained what was wrong & showed me my problem. Luckily a fast fix & he was on his way & Im not melting any more! Price was around what I expected.

Amazing. JPM heating and air has been a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. They did a full install in my home that had no previous ac or ducts of any kind. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly, and you could tell they really cared about doing a good job. The HERS tester that came out even complemented their work.
All the work was completed in two days, and everything worked flawlessly.

Two weeks later, my AC stopped working. They came out on a saturday to make things right, and discovered that my roofer had driven a 4 inch screw through the AC line. They were able to fix it the very quickly, and charged be a very fair price to repair a problem that was in no way thier fault.

In summary, great work, great customer service and great prices. I am extremely glad that I chose JPM.
