Airplus installed our ac/heater in our new home and we have a three zone house and the down stairs heater works and the upstairs heater does not. I called my customer care representative through the Woodside Homes and they then reach out to Airplus to come out and service my heater. Mind you it is the middle of the winter and my house gets down to 57 degrees inside I live in a 3 month old house I should not have to be freezing in my new home. Airplus reaches out to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and telling me are you sure you know how to use the thermostat (after I just told her the downstairs heater works so I think I do) and then offering me appointments in the morning after I told her I can’t miss work and I work from 4am- 4pm. So the soonest they can come is in 12 days, they then call me two days before my appointment to reschedule due to a scheduling issue I then explained to her that’s not an option and she tried to do morning appointments again and when I told her that’s not an option for me she began to get attitude and I asked to speak with the manager (never heard from her). Finally another scheduler called me to say they will “accommodate” the situation and keep my appointment. The day of the appointment the techs came out late and they say it’s fixed and when asking what was wrong with it he said when the equipment was installed it was installed incorrectly. so their company who is supposed to be experts in A/C and heating installed my equipment in my brand new home incorrectly. So now it is 3 days later and my heater does not work again ( it is 38 degrees outside and raining and in my house is 60 degrees). In the end if I had a choice I would not have used this company and if you have a choice don’t go to them save your money and find a better solution then them.
