Nelson came by and fixed my problem with my air conditioner. My breakers were tripped and I had not realized it. Not only did he fix my problem, but he taught me a whole bunch about how to trouble shoot my air conditioning system if something happens again, as well as taught me about basic maintenance. He was great

Omit did a nice job today fixing a tricky problem with my heater. He stayed and got the necessary information in order to figure out what the problem was, which was only happening intermittently. He problem-solved and figured it out, then explained it to me in easy to understand terms.

I was really impressed with the AirPlus team. Not only did they do their best to send someone out as soon as possible due to our new baby. But they were also very knowledgeable about our system and its issues. I really appreciated the feedback I received and the explanation of how to prevent the same issues from happening in the future. These guys are great. We had several issues with our heating unit and they where persistent in trouble shooting the problem and finally solved the issue without having to buy a new unit as recommended by another HVAC service company. Our issues were quickly diagnosed and fixed once the technician arrived at the house. They then confirmed that both the heat and AC were working before they left. I was very satisfied with their service.
