I had such a great experience with Walton's Heating & Air. I had just moved into a townhome with a 30+ year old furnace and was looking to get it replaced. Todd spent a couple of hours with me to understand my needs and walk through all of my options. Luckily, I was able to qualify for the Hero financing program and could pay for the replacement of my entire system over the course of 10 years - and the payments are included on my property tax bill!

When the crew came to install my new system, they were very thorough and worked well into the evening in order to finish the job. They even swept the floors after they were done. :) The installers, Matt and Brandon, were very cordial and respectful.

I received excellent service from Walton's and recommend them to anyone looking for a very thorough estimate, a fair price and a job completed to the highest standards.

Walton's Did a wonderful service to me after there was a misunderstanding. I'm very thankful to the manager Tom and our technician Christian Valdez was wonderful. More than with the terrific equipment we purchased, we are happiest with Walton's technicians: They are always prompt, pleasant and attentive to our needs. From Todd Longbrake, who came to the house and sold us the right system, to the installer and the maintenance technician who came today for our regular check-up. We couldn't be happier with Walton's.

I was impressed with the speed at which Walton's came out and had my new AC installed. I called in the morning and Todd had all the financing ready to go. That afternoon, Kelly and Justin had most of the unit installed. I am very pleased with Walton's Heating and Air!

The young man was very polite, friendly and efficient.He explained and showed me everything that he was doing plus everything that needed attention. I really appreciated this. He left the area very clean. Truly a remarkable young man !!! Your company is blessed to have an employee like him.

The company really understands the meaning of customer service! Everyone from the person answering phones, sales rep, and install crew are phenomenal! Everyone is very curteous and knowledgeable in their product! We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner and the sale and install was quite easy. I would definitely recommend them to freinds and family!

very RUDE receptionist with an attitude. asked to speak with a manager there and she says he's in a meeting and sent him an email with info to call back.

if the owners are reading this, no clue how the rest of your company operates but you should consider getting a better receptionist that can manage perception better.

Eddie showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Did a great job cleaning our units as part of our maintenance and was very thorough at explaining what he did and what else was recommended . Good Job !!
