Emilo was thorough, courteous, and professional. He removed a paper protective cover for the duct to one of the bedrooms. He took the time to determine why the Ecobee thermostat read 77 degrees and his 2 hand-held thermostats read 72-73 degrees. He also took the time to go through all the settings on the Ecobee thermostat and removed the +4 degree threshold setting.

Sam was so helpful and educational and taught us how a heater and air conditioner system work. Since it’s our first time owning a house we had no idea how many random things go into this process. Thanks Sam!
