AirPlus came out to relocate our condenser in our backyard. The office team and field team were both phenomenal to work with. They were always very responsive, answered all of our questions and the work was done properly and with ease. Would highly recommend them!

Tech was very responsive. Answered all questions politely and explained clearly why I was having an issue with the musty odor. Omit / Omar (sorry about the confusion with his name) was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and completed the maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

Elias was prompt on time of arrival. He was great at explaining the details to my parents whose English is a second language. I was at work & he spoke to me as well, letting me know what the issue was & how he was able to fix the furnace to have heat return to the vents. He was friendly on the phone & I was happy to have a service completed by a professional who had great professionalism. Airplus is fortunate to have an employee such as Elias!

Thanks to Jose for completing out Heater repair.. We bought a New Build and a Heater component went out.. Not the best time in the middle of Winter. He ordered it and it came in a timely manner. Omit was very professional. He gave me a call before arrival and he came on time. He knew exactly what’s going on with my heating system and gave me good useful tips on how to keep the heater and A/C more proper way. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking to fix or clean your heater/AC.
