He educated me on ways to keep our home dust free, and a range of options we might consider that don’t leave you overwhelmed as a homeowner. Thank you, Omit! Elias was very nice and respectful while getting the job done. I’ve had people that will say they fixed it or blame it on my house design, but Elias spent time taking pictures to give me a visual and explain to me exactly what was wrong and proved to me how he fixed it. He was very friendly and worked in a timely manner. Great employee

Incredible service! So professional and careful to explain the issue. Greatly appreciated the shoe covers being used without even having to ask. Fully repaired the broken heater AND replaced the filters within about an hour. Would absolutely recommend and will use again if ever needed.

Upon arrival, the technician was very respectful and curteous. Even placed boot covers over his shoes to not track in dirt. Excellent customer service. Nelson C. is very professional and knowledgeable in HVAC. Thorough in explaining all findings from the maintenance inspection. Took a lot of pictures, which was extremely helpful. Replaced filter and thermostat.

Omit is a professional! He gives a very through examination and provides informative information about your air system. I will gladly have him back when the annual maintenance is due.

Jose was very patient, polite and very knowledgeable. He understood that we had been treated very poorly after getting a system installed in April 2022 that did not work.
Jose has been working with us since last month and he has gotten our system replaced and so far it seems to be working. He has also assured us that from now on if we have any problems or issues we can contact Airplus and they will assist us and not give us the run around as we received previously.

Nelson was great. He explained the issue with our heat pump and we are very happy with work he did!

Nelson was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions with the utmost knowledge. He was able to fix the issue with my heating system quickly and explained what was wrong with it in a way that I fully understood. I will definitely keep his number for any future help with our system and if we are ever in the need for your products.

We scheduled an appointment to have our A/C unit removed for construction in our back yard. The tech showed up 10 minutes early which was great as I still needed to go to work after. He was trying to beat the rain so we didn’t have to reschedule. It started raining during his job, but he still finished it. I was very happy with his service. He also showed us the extended warranty we could purchase. I will most likely agree to that as well.

Elias was great to work with! He thoroughly checked all that was needed to ensure our air was working properly. Definitely recommend!
