Do not use this company. Charged us over $500 for a heater that was not fixed. Technicians they send out have no idea what they’re doing. The woman that answers the phone is very unprofessional and does not care about their customers or the satisfaction/quality of their work.

I've had some bad service, but this was THE WORSE! Technician named "Erick" came out to my place to check why the downstairs bedroom wasn't getting any air. From the start he didn't seem to be in the best mood, but thought nothing of it. He checked the air from the start and stated it was a problem.

Edit 9/19/22 (service done on 9/16/22): I had a new guy named "Amir" come over and immediately from the start, his attitude and professionalism was already 1000% better. He saw what the previous guy did made it right by cleaning up his mess and checking out the vent.

He found what was wrong and made the proper adjustments. Checked out the whole house to make sure everything else was working and cared about the situation. Also provided helpful tips to make sure things will work for the future.

He knew nothing of what happened the previous time, so it was great to know the hire this company made was the best one. Amir was a 12 out of 10 and a great guy overall!

Also got follow ups from the main office to make sure everything turned out the way I wanted. It may have been a rough start because of one bad apple, but the company overall is really good and would recommend to others. Congrats you guys!

I concur with Hailey H review 1000%. Airplus installed our ac/heater in our 2-story home and the downstairs heater has an issue, it turn of itself and does not works and now the upstairs heater does not work either. I called for service and they usually take 7 to 10 days. Last time they came two weeks ago and blame my filters. They replaced it and charge me over $200+ Mind you it is the middle of the winter and my house gets down to 60 degrees inside. I have my grandkids leaving with me and it's freezing. Specially when they have to wake-up early in the morning for school. Since day one we had the issue and I think they installed my heat pump incorrectly. I will be filling complain with Better Business Burea and Carrier. Today they called to change my service from morning to afternoon. Not sure if they realize that we have to work. I have spent thousands of dollar for new system and it sucks.

Nelson came out to fix our AC. He was very nice and helpful. Explained everything. Came prepared with all tools including booties and a blanket to put his ladder on to protect our floors. And best of all he was able to find the problem and fix it. Thank you! Highly recommend him
