We have been using Service Champions for many, many years. Absolutely love every technician we've ever had. They are professional, attentive & make sure to complete the job in full. Would never use anyone else. Thank you Service Champions!

Replace a bathroom faucet. Nothing fancy or complicated. The best price I could get was $287.00 and that was with me providing the faucet and them giving me a $50.00 discount! I said no thank you and ended up getting it done for $125.00 Including the faucet.
Received call today from Service Champions and explained my reason for bad review. They listened and understood completely. They made everything Right. I don't think many companies today would do this. So 5 star now!

The technician that came out was nice and friendly. The reason for their visit was for some drain inspection and a water heater drain. They called me, I did not request this. I figured I'm paying monthly for their membership deal so why not. First issue is they make you sign a waiver stating that if they damage something while performing the "tests" they are not liable. About 5 minutes into his initial inspection, he was planting the seeds on how old and damaged my water heater is. Which it is old, but it's working flawlessly. He let me know that if he drains the water heater it will probably be so corroded that it will more than likely start leaking. Keep In mind, I just signed a waiver stating there not liable for this. So I would be responsible for now paying them to fix or replace the water heater that wasn't leaking prior to this visit. I immediately stopped him and asked him to leave. The whole "service" inspection is nothing more than an attempt to up sell you on things. Be careful!! While yes, they are nice, clean and friendly, this is just a decoy to build trust with you while they take your wallet and help you look for it. I called them and immediately cancelled my membership.

As always Service Champions has Always proformed an Outstanding Service. My wife and I are very satisfiefed with all they have done at our home. Thank you Service Champions! Not to mention just the Techs, but whenever we call we get expert service from those answering the phones, Thank you !!!

Service attendant was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and took pictures of my attic where equipment is located. Installed new filter. Very satisfied with his work.

Had new A/C & Heating unit installed 3 years ago, since then had service maintenance on both units with their Maintenance Value Program (MVP) I can't stated enough how great the technicians & office help are professional & knowledgeable. I just wish they are also performed plumbing I would hire them immediately.

They also replaced my hvac system a few years ago. The installers and service tech. are great. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
