Jose came out, tested the unit and along with Ed, showed us what happened to it & discussed what needed to be done to fix it. They took into consideration the A/C needs of our household & made recommendations, costs, installation, everything. We made an appointment for the work. Miguel and Emmanuel came to do the work.
