Wow! Ed and his team are amazing! I met with three companies and was able
To workout a plan with Ed. We had a lot of needs but his team was able to knock it out with quality being important. Emmanuel, Gabriel, and Richard came in and finish the project. They were very communicative on progress and flashed the project earlier than expected. My family was super happy and thankful. Quality people from the office staff to the onsite team. Well refer them to family and friends!

I am so very pleased! Everything not only met my expectations but exceeded it. The install crew, Miguel and Christian, was professional and did an excellent job. The equipment is better than I thought it would be and i wished I done it earlier. Richard, the salesmen was professional and did a wonderful job. The follow up and follow through was on point.

The two service men, Cody and Alex, were extremely thorough. They took extra care to explain details, providing photographs and sending photographs to my phone.They made specific recommendations that we can pursue in the future also. They were very careful with our newly painted ceiling as they entered our attic. No one would know that they had been up there. It was a pleasure having them. Thank you, for going above and beyond!

Just want to let everyone know that Joseph and Frank were awesome today. These two service technicians were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a small problem with the AC and had them come out to take care of it. They took care of it and the best thing was that they didn't charge us for adjusting a value to the AC. Thanks Guys, you're the best out there.!

The whole process from deciding on the system to the installation was easy and quick! Within one day of making our decision, as the equipment was available, it was installed. We were also given a great price for the system which includes a 10 year clean coil warranty. The warranty is also transferable if we decide to sell. Our original system was 30 years old with no seer rating. The new unit is 16 seer, which will save us a ton of money. The installer were professional and took care to leave the place as clean as when they arrived.

Just had my yearly inspection of heating unit done by Tyler. He was very efficient and thorough in letting me know how everything is working and I am confident that the unit is good to go for the next year. I am so glad to be using their club membership program. It gives me peace of mind to have them come out and check my heating and air-conditioning and plumbing. A great company, dependable and always on time.

Carlos came to fix our toilets. He immediately knew how to fix them and diagnosed the problems right away. He was also extremely nice. He even gave us a couple of pointers after to help us maintain them better. He was quick! That was great service!

Had to put in a new heat pump. A-Avis came out and went over all my options with them from least expensive to "all the bells and whistles". They had numerous options for financing. Ed and his staff, from the technicians to the office support are very friendly and accommodating. After we had decided on the model, Ed said, "OK, we'll come out tomorrow if that works for you?" It took me a little by surprise how quickly they were going to be ready to go! My unit is on a 3rd story loft, and the crew had to maneuver some tight corners. They laid down blankets to keep from tracking in, as well as wore plastic shoe covers. All of their employees undergo a background check for your security. They also offer a maintenance club that will cover your air, heat and plumbing to help extend the life of those systems. Highly recommend their products and service!

Great local company, dispatch was fast and kept me informed. My tech Richard was one hell of a nice guy, professional, I highly recommend them, also they have a great club membership 17. A month helps out on regular maintenance and cost, so happy I called them.

I’m getting my ac and furnace system replaced today and apparently Avis did not set the system up correctly. They installed an air scrubber and all-house humidifier in our attic. We have 2 intake vents and they only connected 1 of those intake vents to the system so only half the air has been filtered all these many years we’ve had the system. Also, the connecting duct from the ac unit was much smaller than it should’ve been so we weren’t utilizing the ac to its fullest, basically turning our 5 ton unit down to 2.5 or 3 ton unit. I’m really not sure if it was Avis or if that’s how it was originally installed in the house but either way, whether they did a bad install or didn’t catch the problem, they didn’t do what I wouldn’t expected them to do.

The reason I still gave them stars is that their people are really super nice and the customer service was great. We had the same tech for most of the time, but we stopped using their service when he was no longer available to come out to our house.

The AprilAire scrubber and humidifier are still amazing. we were told by our new ac tech with this company that’s installing our new ac system that the air scrubber actually filters out COVID particles from the air. I would definitely still recommend the AprilAire brand 100%
